We are seeking an highly-skilled software developer to join our team of experts. As a member of our R&D team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business. You will own features that will impact the day-to-day work of the product and contribute valuable security features to protect our customers. Responsibilities: Take ownership of features from end to end, including design, development, deployment, and monitoring. Understand and prioritize important features that will have a significant impact on our business. Make data-driven decisions and leverage data to drive product enhancements. Lead and initiate innovative solutions Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. A self and quick learner, with a passion for continuous growth. Product-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js for web application development. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in implementing automated deployment and testing processes. Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis, message queues, and distributed architecture Experience with Rust programming language - an advantage. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
