Sales Executive – Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, to onboarding clients, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment and enjoys working closely with clients to drive real impact. Responsibilities: Account Acquisition Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, conferences, and field visits. Conduct discovery meetings and calls to understand client pain points and align solutions accordingly. Deliver compelling sales pitches and demos tailored to each prospect’s business needs. Track sales activity, maintain CRM accuracy, and provide regular pipeline forecasts. Account Onboarding Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of new accounts. Guide new clients through setup, configuration, and early use of the product/service. Deliver onboarding sessions and training to help clients realize immediate value. Ensure high adoption during the initial stages and address any friction early. Account Management Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of active accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. Conduct periodic check-ins to evaluate satisfaction, product usage, and emerging business needs. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansions to grow account value. Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues, collect feedback, and support continuous product improvement. Monitor account health, usage trends, retention risks, and revenue performance metrics to ensure sustained growth. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in B2B, fintech, or SaaS). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence in field sales and relationship building Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace or MS Office.
