By qualifying inbound inquiries and executing strategic outbound prospecting, the team acts as the crucial bridge between initial interest and qualified sales opportunities, driving revenue expansion across global markets About the Opportunity As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a catalyst for LearnUpon’s growth by identifying, qualifying, and creating high-quality pipeline opportunities. You will evaluate prospective customer needs and connect them with our Account Executives, directly scaling our customer base In addition, you’ll be responsible for: Qualifying all incoming inquiries and proactively driving outbound prospecting to target accounts. Conducting initial qualification calls to determine mutual fit and scheduling discovery/demo sessions for Account Executives. Identifying business requirements and clearly conveying the value of LearnUpon’s robust LMS solution. Maintaining accurate account records within our CRM system. Collaborating to improve SDR processes and contributing creative ideas to expand our market reach. Skills & Experience Must-Haves Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and identify customer needs. Self-motivation, energy, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment in decision-making. Positive attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and openness to integrating feedback. Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies. Nice-to-Haves 1–2 years of experience in software or enterprise selling.
