Job's mission Shape the future of semiconductor innovation through strategic customer partnerships. As a Senior Manager, Sales at ASM, you will lead global engagement with a key customer, ensuring alignment between ASM’s technology roadmap and the customer’s long‑term needs. Your work will connect ASM’s innovations with customer success through insight, collaboration, and flawless execution. What you will be working on Manage the SKH/SKS global account across all business topics, products, and services, including Korea and China, with clear execution metrics. Drive share growth across all ASM product segments at SKH/SKS. Introduce new products, technologies, and innovations to the customer. Identify customer needs, uncover new applications, and communicate future opportunities. Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use. Build a strategic opportunity pipeline , aligned with Sales/KAT/Process teams. Create JDP opportunities for new products and new application engagements. Achieve a minimum of one new application penetration per year . Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to strengthen customer engagement. Develop deep and trusted customer relationships across the organization. Build and lead a high‑performing commercial organization in Korea . Identify emerging regional growth opportunities and develop business strategies accordingly. Strengthen relationships with key customer functions and tier suppliers. Coordinate strategic efforts across internal multi‑regional sales and technical support teams. Develop short‑ and long‑term partnership programs with SKH R&D centers, fab operations, and procurement to grow revenue. What we are looking for 15+ years of semiconductor capital equipment experience with SKH accounts (Sales / Marketing / Purchasing). B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).Deep knowledge of FEOL deposition applications (PECVD / PEALD / tALD / Epi / Vertical Furnace / Advanced Packaging / CMP). Proven experience in large account management . Strong understanding of thin film deposition systems . Ability to drive strategy within a global matrix organization . Extensive professional network with SKH Semiconductor executives . Excellent communication skills across R&D, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, with strong technical understanding. Continuous interest in semiconductor technology trends and device manufacturing evolution. Fluency in English and Korean (bilingual). Strong strategic thinking with a track record of opportunity creation and long‑term account growth. Experience introducing new technologies and leading customer co‑development programs.
