Position Overview We are seeking an Operations Associate (Runner) to play a hands-on role in supporting daily shipping and receiving operations within our compounding pharmacy. This position focuses heavily on receiving inbound deliveries, verifying materials, staging supplies, and ensuring timely distribution throughout the facility. You will support compounding, fulfillment, and operations teams by keeping materials moving efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming deliveries and verify contents against packing slips or documentation Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies and report issues as needed Stage and distribute received materials to appropriate departments and work areas Maintain organized, clean, and safe receiving areas, loading docks, and outside storage sheds Track and log received materials to support inventory awareness and accountability Assist the Inventory Control Clerk with daily cycle count procedures. Act as the backup to maintain inventory operations during their absence. Deliver supplies such as syringes, packaging materials, paperwork, and mail to staff as needed Support compounding and fulfillment teams by ensuring timely access to required materials Assist with kitting during slower periods and act as a backup shipper when needed Follow all safety, handling, and compliance guidelines when managing supplies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous inventory, warehouse, and receiving experience preferred.
