Join us and discover what it means to be part of one of the nation's top design/build construction firms. A Day in the Life: As an Assistant Superintendent, every day brings a new lesson. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth. Here's what you can expect: Preconstruction Planning – Attend post-award meetings to review project details and assist with construction planning before work begins. Project Scheduling – Work with the Project Manager to develop construction schedules, sequencing, staffing plans, and equipment needs. Field Leadership – Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications. Subcontractor Coordination – Manage subcontractor activities, communicate schedule updates, and ensure work is properly coordinated across trades.
