Job Summary The Weekend Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping prescription orders accurately and efficiently. This position supports weekend pharmacy operations and works closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed correctly, packaged securely, and shipped on time. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack prescription orders accurately and efficiently. Verify that orders, shipping labels, and packaging information are correct before shipment. Use shipping systems, scanners, and other technology to process and track packages. Prepare packages in accordance with company procedures and applicable pharmacy requirements. Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and notify management when additional materials are needed. Work with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to resolve missing information, order discrepancies, or shipping issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Protect confidential patient and prescription information. Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous shipping, packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written procedures and complete tasks within established deadlines. Comfortable using computers, scanners, shipping systems, and related equipment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move packages and materials as required. Dependable and available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
