Position Overview We are seeing a Weekend/Evening Operations Supervisor who will play a key leadership role within our Operations team, supporting the Operational Director in driving efficiency and performance throughout the fulfillment process. This onsite position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution in alignment with our mission to improve healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and productivity. Report directly to the Operational Director and collaborate closely on key departmental objectives. Lead team members by setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress. Manage inventory to support fulfillment timelines and operational goals. Coach and develop staff through feedback, training, and performance oversight. Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction. Continuously assess workflows and implement improvements for greater efficiency. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication. Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within operations, fulfillment, or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with operations software and digital tools. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 4 pm - Midnight Preferred Qualifications: Inspiring and supportive leadership style.
