Kikoff: The Fintech Powering Financial Security at Scale Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower everyone to achieve financial security. With record revenue growth in 2025 and a unicorn valuation, we've built a suite of products that help millions of people build credit, access liquidity, and save money. We're scaling fast. Join us if you want to build something meaningful and help millions of people move forward financially. Why Kikoff: This is a consumer fintech startup, and you will be working with serial entrepreneurs who have built strong consumer brands and innovative products. We value extreme ownership, clear communication, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and the desire to create lasting work and work relationships. Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact. The Role We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the hands-on scaling and optimization of our lifecycle comms. This is a role for someone who wants to set the point of view on how a modern lifecycle program should run — and then go build it. We're a small, ambitious team, and we lean on AI to move faster than our size would suggest: generating and iterating on creative, building segmentation logic, spinning up campaigns, and pulling and interrogating our own data. We're looking for someone who will define what best practice looks like here rather than inherit it from a previous playbook. We're looking for data-driven problem solvers with a growth mindset, willing to stretch their comfort levels, move quickly with attention to detail, and do big things. We have an ambitious mission to educate folks about the importance of their credit scores and encourage them to unlock their financial access. What you'll own: Be a thought leader for lifecycle at Kikoff — setting the strategy and standards the team executes against, and raising the bar on what we test and how we measure it Expand our lifecycle programs to deepen engagement across a growing feature set, identifying where new products and use cases create untapped opportunities to drive value Increase retention and drive higher customer lifetime value Ship and test at high volume, running a rigorous split-testing program that produces conclusive results rather than directional signals Build AI-assisted workflows into how the team operates — creative production, audience building, campaign QA, performance summarization, post-test analysis — so the program's output compounds without growing headcount Advance our personalization capabilities from rules-based branching toward model-driven content selection, delivering the most relevant message to each user at the moment it will land best Improve the segmentation, cadence, timing, and touchpoint mix of our comms Mentor junior teammates through direct feedback, reusable frameworks, and leading by example Who you are: 5+ years driving toward growth goals under set targets and timelines in a lifecycle or CRM role A thought leader others look to for the point of view — you've shaped lifecycle strategy for an organization, not just executed against someone else's roadmap A fast-moving, detail-oriented, data-driven executor with an ownership mindset Deep hands-on experience with Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar CRM tools Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow — you've used them to write, analyze, build, or automate, and you have opinions about where they work and where they don't Robust experience working with customer and user event data, and marrying it to well-designed, targeted campaigns Able to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles Comfortable juggling multiple projects and executing on schedule at high velocity Strategic thinker able to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward Understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B, MVT, and holdout testing, with the ability to analyze results and pull out learnings that inform future tests Strong instincts for direct response creative, and a framework for adjusting based on experimentation SQL proficient — you pull your own data and cross-validate your own results Experience in fintech or D2C is a bonus Why Kikoff: Kikoff exists to expand access to financial opportunity. Product marketing here means you're directly accountable for how customers understand and experience what we build. You'll have real ownership, close partnership with product, and the opportunity to do work that genuinely improves people's financial lives.
