Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to coordinate development of mobile & desktop applications and their integrations with devices, cloud, and ML. You’ll support software engineers in planning and delivering complex work, shaping the overall technical strategy and day-to-day execution. Your work will help translate research-validated neurotechnology into dependable, commercially ready product features. Role Responsibilities Introduce and foster engineering best practices that emphasize code quality, modularity, usability, and long-term flexibility. Mentor and develop engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and technical guidance, including people-management responsibilities. Contribute to the design and implementation of key modules across desktop & mobile apps for multiple products. Partner closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to produce high-quality technical documentation. Translate validated research concepts into robust, production-quality software. Role Qualifications Required Qualifications Significant experience delivering medical software products throughout the full product lifecycle. Experience planning and delivering multi-person software projects. Demonstrated success leading or mentoring engineers. Solid understanding of data-intensive systems touching devices, clients, servers, and ML. Excellent communication skills and comfort working across research, product, and quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating cloud, ML, and device software into a cohesive product. Experience building data rich and high performance desktop software. Experience shaping engineering processes and establishing technical roadmaps.
