This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. Our Fashion Brands Team is looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production. Please submit your portfolio as Cover Letter attachment What You'll Do: Develop product concepts and designs for fashion brands role-play and toy categories Translate brand, storytelling, and play experience into compelling product solutions Create sketches, 3D concepts (CAD/visualisation), and presentation materials Collaborate with engineering, packaging, marketing, and global teams Support product development from concept through prototype, tooling and production Ensure design intent, quality, and brand consistency are maintained throughout development Explore new design trends, materials, and technologies (including AI tools) to drive innovation What You'll Bring: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Product Design, or a related discipline 2–5 years of relevant design experience (toy experience is a plus) Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., KeyShot, ZBrush) Experience in product development and manufacturing processes Passion for toys, entertainment brands, and play experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in model kits & construction toy design is an added advantage Strong command in spoken and written English Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
