About the Role Reolink is expanding its Professional Series business and is looking for a Professional Security Sales Manager for Germany. This role will focus on driving the adoption of Reolink’s Professional Series, targeting installers, system integrators, and professional distribution partners. The position combines sales, technical pre-sales support, and channel development, helping establish Reolink as a trusted partner within the professional security ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, supporting installer-led projects, and expanding Reolink’s footprint in the professional security market in Germany. Key Responsibilities Drive the growth and market adoption of the Reolink Professional Series across Germany. Develop and execute regional sales and channel strategies targeting installers, system integrators, and professional distributors. Build and manage strong relationships with distribution partners, installers, integrators, and B2B customers. Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution recommendations and system design guidance. Support partners in project development, tenders, and installer-led deployments. Deliver product training and enablement sessions for installers and channel partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the professional security ecosystem. Work closely with marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure successful project execution and market positioning. Provide market insights and installer feedback to support product development and portfolio evolution. Represent Reolink at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings. What you bring to the team 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within the security or surveillance industry. Strong knowledge of professional security systems, including PoE camera solutions, NVR systems, and installer-led projects. Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or installer networks. Ability to combine commercial sales activities with technical pre-sales support. Proven track record of developing partnerships and growing regional business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent German and English required. Willingness to travel across Germany.
