Responsibilities Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use. Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Address product, marketing and business needs. Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies. Develop consistent, intuitive architectures. Requirement 3+ years(senior) in designing web / mobile products. Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems. Strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. A team player but can work independently too. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Fluent in Chinese and business writing in English.
