In this role, you will act as a high-touch frontline expert, using AI co-pilots to analyze data, navigate high-ambiguity issues, and craft exceptional client experiences across multiple channels. What Youll Do: Provide specialized advertiser support across Chat, Email, and Phone in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Collaborate side-by-side with an AI Co-pilot to interpret real-time recommendations, validate outputs, and draft tailored responses. Solve dynamic, high-ambiguity technical and campaign issues without relying on a rigid script. Manage high-value client expectations with empathy, patience, and professional diligence.
