- JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an energetic and charismatic bilingual guide to lead chocolate workshops for national and international tourists. The experience is delivered in a hands-on workshop format (similar to a cooking class), so this role combines tour guiding, customer service, and operational support. - JOB CONDITIONS: Location: Laureles, Medellín Work modality: On-site Contract type: Service agreement (Prestación de servicios) Schedule: Part-time (Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekday evenings) - MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead cacao experiences in English and/or Spanish • Explain the history, culture, and process of Colombian cacao • Guide participants throughout the hands-on workshop • Support the organization, cleaning, and setup of the space before, during, and after each experience • Basic use of kitchen tools (no advanced skills required) • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging experience for visitors - REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced conversational English (B2–C1)
