•Assist in the coordination of the shipments transit information management for quickly release by different custom offices and ministries under strict compliance with laws and regulations.•Generate the necessary documentation for clearance shipments.•Coordinate with the Receiving Managers, transport companies and bonded facilities.•Assign and comply with each agency customs procedure/documentation•Verify that all taxes are accurately applied.•Enter information on a daily basis to the Weekly Container Report.•Follow up on documentation that must be received by the broker at the time of container arrival.•Generate and review reports as required for the department. •Prepare checks requested for taxes payment.
