We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Hiring Coordinator, to join a growing company providing talent acquisition, Employer of Record (EOR), BPO and administrative solutions to international companies, primarily in the United States.This role will lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring the attraction of highly qualified talent while providing an excellent experience to both candidates and partner companies.Key Responsibilities• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to hiring and onboarding.• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, universities, networking and other channels.• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future positions.• Conduct initial and competency-based interviews, assessing experience, communication skills, English proficiency, technical competencies and cultural fit.• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for hiring managers and partner companies.•
