I want my training → FUNCIONES PROPUESTAS PARA PRACTICANTE DE INGENIERÃ�A MECÃ�NICA - SAMA LTDA 1- Mantenimiento de Equipos. Apoyar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de bombas, motores. 2- Sistemas de Bombeo y TuberÃas Supervisar el funcionamiento de sistemas de bombeo de agua de mar y salmuera entre estanques. Proponer mejoras para reducir pérdidas por corrosión y fugas en tuberÃas y válvulas. 3- Diseño y Mejoras Apoyar en el diseño de piezas, soportes y estructuras mecánicas para optimizar procesos (Planta de Lavado). Elaborar planos mecánicos básicos en AutoCAD/SolidWorks. 4- Gestión de Mantenimiento Alimentar el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento: hojas de vida de equipos, repuestos, órdenes de trabajo. 5- Eficiencia Energética. Proponer proyectos para optimizar el consumo energético de motores y equipos. Apoyar auditorÃas de eficiencia en planta.
