Marketing, Communications & Outreach CoordinatorThe Marketing, Communications, and Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communications, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. This role is responsible for branding, outreach, social media, and event coordination while assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and supporting organizational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Communications (Primary Focus)Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Manage and create content for social media, website updates, email newsletters, and press releases.Coordinate and design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.Assist in planning and executing outreach events, workshops, and networking programs.Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.Administrative SupportProvide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and CRM systems.Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registrations, and materials preparation.Support the team with document preparation, reporting, and internal communications.Manage general email inquiries and assist with stakeholder correspondence.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.Strong skills in writing, editing, and content creation.Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
