Liderar, capacitar y motivar a un equipo de asesores de ventas telefónicas. Monitorear métricas de gestión (KPIs), efectividad de llamadas y calidad de servicio. Implementar estrategias de cierre de ventas operativas para alcanzar los objetivos mensuales. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Experiencia comprobable de al menos 1 o 2 años como Supervisor en Call Center de Ventas (Obligatorio). Conocimiento o experiencia previa en el sector de Seguros (Altamente valorado, no limitativo). Habilidades de liderazgo, resiliencia, excelente oratoria y manejo de objeciones. Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en horario de oficina en Plaza Venezuela. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?
