Project Controls Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Director to lead the full project controls function for a major airport project in Venezuela.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall Project Controls strategy, systems, processes, and team.Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, change, and progress measurement.Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, scope, and approved baselines.Lead EAC, cash flow, earned value, trend, and variance analysis.Oversee contractor/subcontractor schedules, cost reports, and forecasts.Provide accurate executive-level dashboards and project performance reports.Identify risks, trends, delays, and cost impacts and drive corrective actions.Coordinate closely with Project Management, Commercial, Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Project Controls team.RequirementsSenior Project Controls leadership experience on major capital projects.Proven experience managing the full Project Controls function.Experience in airport, infrastructure, EPC, or major construction projects.Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls systems.Experience in cost control, scheduling, risk, change management, forecasting, and reporting.Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.English required; Spanish is an advantage.International project experience preferred. #J-*-Ljbffr
