Communications Assistant

Role DescriptionThe Communications Assistant at InteractiveWorkers, LLC is a full-time, on-site role based in Maracaibo. This position supports the planning and execution of communication initiatives, including drafting and formatting press releases, internal announcements, and external messages. The Communications Assistant helps maintain consistent brand messaging across channels, assists in preparing content for digital platforms, and coordinates with internal teams to gather information and updates. Daily responsibilities include writing and editing communication materials, updating communication calendars, monitoring media and public responses, and providing administrative support to the communications team.QualificationsStrong writing skills with experience creating clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content.Ability to prepare and support the distribution of press releases and related media materials.Competence in communication and strategic communications to align messages with organizational goals.Experience with internal communications, including drafting staff updates and supporting internal campaigns.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple communication tasks.Proficiency with common office and communication software (e.g., word processing, presentation, email tools).
