Project Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to manage and coordinate the project controls function for a major airport project in Venezuela.Key ResponsibilitiesManage planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, change, and progress measurement.Develop and maintain the project baseline and Integrated Master Schedule.Monitor project performance against approved cost, schedule, and scope baselines.Prepare cost forecasts, EAC, cash flow, trends, and variance analysis.Coordinate progress measurement and reporting across project disciplines and contractors.Review contractor/subcontractor schedules, progress, costs, and forecasts.Identify schedule, cost, and performance risks and recommend corrective actions.Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports and management dashboards.Support change management, delay analysis, and impact assessments.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Contracts, and Finance teams.Manage and develop the Project Controls team.Ensure project controls procedures, systems, and reporting requirements are implemented effectively.Requirements8–12+ years of project controls experience, including management-level responsibility.Experience on major airport, infrastructure, EPC, or construction projects.Strong experience in planning, cost control, forecasting, risk, and change management.Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls systems.Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.English required; Spanish is an advantage.International project experience preferred. #J-*-Ljbffr
