Descripción del puesto Estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Soporte Técnico y Telecomunicaciones TI. El Objetivo principal será administrar, configurar redes y sistemas de telecomunicaciones para garantizar la continuidad operativa de la plataforma tecnológica. Realizar análisis de incidentes, resolución de problemas en infraestructura de red y soporte técnico a equipos internos, documentando configuraciones y procedimientos. Participar en la implementación y ajuste de soluciones de networking y seguridad, así como en la configuración de equipos (switches, routers, firewalls) y herramientas de gestión. Este puesto es de jornada completa, presencial y está ubicado en la Región Metropolitana de Caracas.Capacidad analítica para identificar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias complejas en redes y sistemas TI.Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines, y manejo de herramientas de monitoreo de red.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, buena comunicación, organización en la documentación técnica y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías.Funciones PrincipalesAdministrar, configurar redes LAN/WAN, switches, routers y conexiones VPN.Gestión y administración de Firewalls Fortinet (configuración de políticas de seguridad, NAT, VPNs, filtrado web).
