The Foreman / Superintendent could lead Winn in the following industries: Multifamily Tentative Improvements Ground ups Podium Colleges and K-12=restit Duties Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination Working with design идтиand owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals Daily progress reports and vendor weekly schedule updates etlen Requirements Management: 5-10 years construction experience 3-5 years supervisory experience Strong communications skills, both written and verbal Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing Understanding of ASI's RFI's and Material Submittals Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods Industry competitive benefits #J-*-Ljbffr
