Role Description The Principal role at Pentair is a full-time, on-site position located in COMUNA GUERREROS DRAN MARISCAL DE AYACUCHO. The Principal will provide strategic leadership, guide project execution, and ensure alignment of local initiatives with Pentair's global water solutions strategy. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operational performance, mentoring and directing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role involves monitoring key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices for safety, sustainability, and efficiency. The Principal will also represent Pentair in the local community and support continuous improvement across processes, projects, and people. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical, engineering, or operations-focused environment, preferably within industrial or water-related sectors. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable business results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with experience using data to guide operational improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and community partners. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus. Experience working in on-site roles in industrial or manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability. Fluency in relevant local languages and proficiency in English, along with comfort using digital tools and enterprise systems.
