Analistas Administrativos(as) de Tiendas PropiasTealca, prestigiosa empresa de transporte de carga y encomiendas, se encuentra en la búsqueda de Analistas Administrativos(as) de Tiendas Propias. Funciones y responsabilidades: prestar servicio al cliente cuando sea necesario cuidando todos los aspectos para facturar. Identificar los problemas de entrega para el seguimiento y toma de acciones correctivas. Revisar y registrar los depósitos bancarios del efectivo y transferencias electrónicas de la recaudación diaria por venta. Mantener contacto con los franquiciados en caso de presentarse devoluciones o encomiendas mal enrutadas. Preparar diariamente el inventario de encomiendas que permanecen en la oficina o en poder del junior (recibidas para entrega, pendiente por entregar, devueltas a origen o almacén, retenidas). Preparar diariamente el cierre de caja de la oficina, en el que se consoliden las diversas modalidades de pago recibidas. Identificar las facturas no entregadas que siguen asignadas a las plataformas.TSU o estudiantes universitarios(as) en Administración, Contaduría, recién graduados(as). Mínimo dos años de experiencia en el área de cuentas por cobrar y facturación.Conocimientos básicos de actividades contables.Manejo de sistema administrativo Profit Plus (no limitativo).
