The Category Brand Specialist serves as the ultimate brand champion, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing brand equity, and delivering sustainable, profitable market share expansion.ResponsibilitiesDrive the brand's financial performance and strategic vision, acting as the business owner for the assigned portfolio and executing robust long-term marketing roadmaps.Lead the development and execution of high-impact integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, managing senior-level relationships with creative and media agencies.Translate advanced market research and predictive analytics into actionable insights to inform product innovation, pricing, and communication strategies that outpace the competition.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure exceptional operational efficiency, maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all brand expenditures.Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance to ensure all organizational efforts support the brand's strategic goals and major market launches.Mentor and develop junior brand team members, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and marketing excellence within the department.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree completed.2+ years of proven experience in Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing positionsAt least 4+ years of total professional experiencePrevious experience utilizing Nielsen data platforms to drive market analysis or P&L knowledge.Preferred QualificationsDeep functional competency in "Brand Building" and "Financial Literacy" (Marketing Mix Modeling).
