Your Role and Impact: As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers regarding field issues, warranty complaints, and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service, and repair jobs at customer sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder processing and acceptance.Prepare cost estimates minus discounts according to specifications.Schedule orders.Prepare quotations for standard products according to predefined lists.Read and evaluate customer specifications and requirement documents.Compile technical and commercial offer documents.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Support customers during site visits.Process customer complaints.Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems.Coordinate with internal and external customers effectively.Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements.Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities.Provide technical support and training as needed.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience with pumps, hydraulic systems, or field service operations.Knowledge of vibration analysis and hydraulic system performance.Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water, and other general industries.Able to work well with a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word.Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel extensively **% of the time). If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
