Principales responsabilidades * Gestionar la agenda del taller. * Recibir los vehículos y brindar la primera atención al cliente. * Abrir y actualizar las órdenes de trabajo y la información en el sistema. * Realizar el seguimiento de las reparaciones y mantener informado al cliente sobre el estado de su vehículo. * Coordinar la entrega de la unidad una vez reparada y verificada. * Efectuar el seguimiento de satisfacción del cliente luego de la reparación. * Gestionar el proceso de análisis de garantías en Dealer, contribuyendo a optimizar la relación con la red de talleres y el proveedor del exterior. Requisitos * Experiencia previa en posiciones similares. * Formación técnica o terciaria vinculada al área administrativa o afines. * Se valorarán conocimientos de repuestos automotrices y manejo de catálogos. * Se valorará experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión. Jornada laboral * Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 horas. Lugar de trabajo * Barrio Malvin, inmediaciones del Parque Rivera.
