Requisitos Bachiller y/o Titulado en Ingeniería de Minas, , Industrial. 3 años en puestos similares y/o línea de carrera. Deseable conocimiento de herramientas de Gestión de Proyecto. Excel avanzado (Indispensable) Power BI Avanzado (Indispensable) Manejo de MS Project (Deseable) Funciones Analizar y elaborar la plantilla de costos y márgenes de los servicios de la empresa. Apoyar en la elaboración de los cronogramas de participación en licitaciones, asegurando que se cumplan con los entregables y plazos establecidos en los términos de referencias. Elaborar reportes periódicos de control de costos en proyectos, resaltando variaciones entre real vs presupuestado. Realizar conciliaciones mensuales de operaciones vs salidas de almacén y mantenimiento. Diseñar, generar y disponer de las adecuadas propuestas de estructura de costos, que busquen y logren eficiencia operativa. Analizar la rentabilidad por servicios. Revisar, interpretar y analizar las variaciones de las cuentas de gastos y costos. Elaborar y controlar los indicadores KPIs del área. Interpretar y absolver consultas técnicas financieras y de costos, que las áreas de soporte requieran para el control de sus procesos.
