¿Qué necesitas para postular? Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Ciberseguridad o afines. Experiencia en sistemas operativos (Windows Server, Linux) y administración de endpoints. Manejo de plataformas AV/XDR como TrendMicro, SentinelOne u otras. Conocimiento en firewalls como Palo Alto, Fortinet. Experiencia en seguridad cloud (AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, IAM, MFA, roles y políticas). Manejo de herramientas de seguridad para correo (Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for O365). Conocimiento de herramientas de escaneo de vulnerabilidades (Qualys, Tenable). Deseable: scripting en PowerShell, Bash o Python. Habilidad para resolver problemas técnicos complejos, comunicar soluciones a TI y documentar evidencias. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al cierre de brechas de seguridad (antivirus, vulnerabilidades, parchado y sistemas legacy). Mantener visibilidad continua de brechas identificadas por el SOC, auditorías o herramientas de escaneo. Coordinar remediaciones técnicas con infraestructura, TI, nube y equipos de desarrollo. Participar en todo el ciclo de gestión de vulnerabilidades: detección, análisis, priorización, remediación y verificación. Validar pruebas post-parcheo y documentar el riesgo residual. Verificar el estado, configuraciones y actualizaciones de firewalls perimetrales, internos y en la nube (incluyendo WAF). Revisar y optimizar reglas y accesos de firewalls para reforzar la segmentación. Implementar principios y controles de seguridad en entornos multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle). Validar configuraciones seguras mediante herramientas CSPM. Asegurar plataformas de correo: anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware, DLP, DMARC, DKIM y SPF. Atender reportes de correos sospechosos en coordinación con el SOC. Elaborar reportes técnicos: brechas, vulnerabilidades, firewalls, nube y correo y KPIs de seguridad técnica. #J-*-Ljbffr

Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
