Highlights Royal Pas Reform, a global agricultural technology leader, seeks an Area Sales Manager New Business to drive market expansion and revenue growth across international territories. In this role, you identify emerging market opportunities, develop new customer relationships, and convert prospects into profitable long‐term partnerships that fuel organizational growth. What are you going to do? As Area Sales Manager New Business at Royal Pas Reform, you take ownership of market development and new customer acquisition across your assigned region. You identify high‐potential prospects, build strategic relationships, and guide opportunities from initial contact through contract closure, directly contributing to the organization's expansion strategy. Tasks and responsibilities: Develop and execute annual regional sales action plans with clear targets and market development strategies Identify and approach new customers and market segments, including competitive account conversion opportunities Build, manage and convert a qualified sales pipeline through systematic prospecting and relationship development Conduct client visits and commercial negotiations, managing the complete sales cycle from lead to contract closure Prepare proposals and quotations within established commercial frameworks and financial authority limits Collaborate with Sales Engineering on technical solution design and project specifications Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform organizational strategy Maintain accurate and complete customer and opportunity data in CRM systems for reliable forecasting and pipeline management Transfer closed projects to Project Management and initiate aftermarket opportunities in spares and service The offer Join a dynamic international sales organization where your entrepreneurial drive directly impacts business growth.
