Función Principal: Supervisar y controlar que los procesos de la empresa se lleven a cabo de acuerdo a las normativas de exportación requeridas a nivel de calidad, inocuidad, legalidad y seguridad alimentaria de la materia prima con la finalidad de contribuir al cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad restablecidas por las normas gubernamentales internas y externas del país. Requisitos: Profesionales de las carreras universitarias en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Agroindustrial e Industrias Alimentarias, Biología, Química o afines. Experiencia mínima de tres (03) años ocupando puestos similares en plantas de procesos congelados del rubro agroindustrial Experiencia en manejo Sistemas de Calidad (HACCP, ISO **, ISO*, ISO*). Conocimiento en Sistemas Integrados de Gestión - Proceso de Alimentos, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Deseable conocimiento en los principales lineamientos de Calidad y sus derivados (BPA, POES). Dominio del idioma inglés en un nivel intermedio (escrito y hablado) Manejo de Excel Intermedio - Comprobable. Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial en el distrio de Motupe - Lambayeque.
