REQUISITOS Egresado(a) técnico o universitario de las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales o afines. Experiencia mínima de 2 años desempeñando funciones similares. Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas en canales presenciales, telefónicos y digitales. Conocimiento de productos y marcas de consumo masivo. Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio. Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo la modalidad 70% campo y 30% oficina. Disponibilidad para supervisar dos sedes y realizar rutas en San Juan de Lurigancho y Santa Clara. PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Realizar el seguimiento diario al equipo a cargo, supervisando la prospección, colocación de ordenes y gestión de cobranzas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las cuotas y objetivos comerciales mensuales. Monitorear y analizar indicadores de gestión y desempeño comercial. Coordinar semanalmente los avances con el responsable de la marca. Ejecutar otras funciones inherentes al puesto asignadas por la jefatura.
