Requisitos: Bachiller o Titulado(a) en Contabilidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o Economía. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en análisis y control de costos de manufactura en empresas del sector industrial (indispensable). Dominio de SAP S/4HANA (módulo FI-CO). Manejo de Power BI y Excel a nivel avanzado. Conocimientos en contabilidad de costos, control de inventarios y análisis financiero. Funciones: Ejecutar el cálculo de costos estándar, mantener actualizados los maestros de materiales y hojas de ruta, y realizar el cierre mensual de órdenes de fabricación en SAP S/4HANA. Analizar e identificar desviaciones de materiales (precio y cantidad) y de conversión (tarifas y eficiencia), proponiendo acciones correctivas. Elaborar y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de manufactura, tales como productividad por orden de proceso, utilización de planta y tiempos muertos. Supervisar la conciliación de inventarios, análisis de mermas y control de obsolescencia. Participar en la elaboración y análisis de estados financieros, notas de costo de ventas y evaluaciones financieras. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
