Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Manage onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Set milestones, coordinate between teams, manage risks, and maintain quality standards. Facilitate collaboration within engineering teams and with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management). Ensure alignment and integration of efforts. Optimize engineering infrastructure, systems and processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
