Job Title Supply Chain & Procurement Lead (Key User Lead / Local Process Owner) Scope Ecuador Location Guayaquil Antartida Terms Fixed Term 12 months, Full-Time The role This role is critical to ensuring that Plan–Source–Deliver processes are deployed locally in line with the global SAP S/4HANA template while fully supporting legal, fiscal and operational requirements in the site. You will lead the local business agenda for Supply Chain and Procurement, driving end-to-end readiness across procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory and cross-functional integrations to enable a stable go-live, effective day-2 operations and rapid stabilization during hypercare. What you'll be responsible for You will act as the local process owner for Supply Chain and Procurement, ensuring local fit, strong testing discipline, cutover readiness and fast issue resolution across deployment and stabilization. Lead the local Supply Chain and Procurement agenda, prioritising issues, removing blockers and ensuring alignment between global design and local operational needs. Validate the fit of the global SAP template for local Plan–Source–Deliver processes, documenting gaps, challenging unnecessary customisation and proposing practical solutions. Map local legal, fiscal, customs and operational requirements and ensure they are reflected in process design, master data, controls and deployment readiness. Own end-to-end readiness across stock build, logistics readiness, risk mitigation planning and operational contingencies to support a stable go-live and day-2 continuity. Lead SIT and UAT execution across full end-to-end scenarios, ensuring strong test coverage, high-quality execution and effective defect management across integrated processes. Co-lead cutover preparation and execution, including master data, inventory, contracts, process readiness, communications and go/no-go decision support. Act as the first line of functional resolution during go-live and hypercare, prioritising incidents and driving rapid stabilization and user adoption. We're looking for someone who We are looking for someone with strong experience in Supply Chain and Procurement processes, who can combine operational understanding, process governance and stakeholder management in a complex transformation environment. Has solid experience in P2P, inventory management, warehousing and logistics processes, ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, SD, EWM or IM. Brings strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, structured documentation skills and the ability to lead testing, cutover and issue resolution with pace and discipline.
