We're seeking an amazing S ales D evelopment R epresentative (SDR) to find and screen likely customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, an ideal SDR would have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. An SDR should be a quick learner with strong Interpersonal & communication skills and have the ability to present our offerings in a fascinating way. Every potential lead is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities: Analyze and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails etc. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and account executives Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps Manage a detailed report on client reach-out status and report to the supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Keep records accurate and up-to-date Timely & comprehensive follow-up with leads to convert them into scheduled calls with Account Executives Requirements: Experience in Sales Development: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales development, preferably in the software and marketing services sector. The candidate's experience should demonstrate proficiency in handling outbound calls and effectively qualifying leads. Resilience in Facing Rejection: A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to maintain high morale and efficiency despite frequent rejections. The candidate should be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls, often facing a ratio of **** NOes to one YES, without letting it impact their performance or motivation. Expertise in the Industry: The SDR should have a deep understanding of our business domain. Familiarity with the intricacies of software sales and marketing services is essential to effectively qualify leads and understand their needs. Lead Nurturing Skills: Apart from qualifying leads for immediate demos, the SDR should also be adept at nurturing unqualified leads. Depending on the reason for disqualification, they should be able to maintain engagement and potentially schedule them for demos in the future. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
