# Didactic Coach – Wall Street English Quito Wall Street English – Quito (Eloy Alfaro Center) About the Position At Wall Street English, we believe that learning English changes lives. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Didactic Coach to join our academic team and support students throughout their learning journey. This is an entry-level administrative-academic position focused on student success, motivation, and academic follow-up. It is not a teaching position and does not require lesson planning or delivering classes. Main Responsibilities * Monitor students' academic progress and study plans. * Conduct onboarding and end-of-level sessions. * Provide academic guidance and motivation to students. * Manage student follow-up through our CRM system. * Contact students via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Monitor student engagement and retention. * Support Social Clubs and academic activities. * Maintain accurate student records and follow-up documentation. * Collaborate with academic and commercial teams to ensure an outstanding student experience. * Meet established student contact and follow-up KPIs. ## Requirements * English level B1 or higher (mandatory and provable). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Highly organized with excellent time management skills. * Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
