Description Buscamos un(a) Analista EHS responsable de administrar los sistemas de gestión de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa legal y los estándares corporativos. Será responsable de implementar programas EHS, gestionar indicadores, coordinar auditorías y desarrollar capacitaciones para fortalecer la cultura de prevención y alcanzar el objetivo de cero accidentes. Responsibilities Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los Sistemas de Gestión EHS. Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y estándares corporativos de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Investigar incidentes y accidentes, implementando acciones correctivas. Coordinar planes de emergencia, auditorías y seguimiento a hallazgos. Facilitar capacitaciones y programas de concientización para colaboradores. Monitorear KPI's y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua en EHS + PSM (Program Safety Management). Qualifications Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional o afines. Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en posiciones relacionadas con EHS. Conocimiento de normativa ecuatoriana de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente. Manejo de Sistemas de Gestión (ISO *, ISO * deseable).
