Analista Contabilidad Objetivo del Rol: Garantizar el registro de las obligaciones de la compañía a proveedores y terceros, con manejo de facturación, provisiones, conciliaciones de cuentas, obligaciones tributarias y controles contables. Experiencia Experiencia mínima de 2 años en procesos de contabilidad y/o cuentas por pagar, con manejo de facturación, provisiones, conciliaciones de cuentas, obligaciones tributarias y controles contables. Deseable experiencia en atención de auditorías y herramientas de automatización de procesos. Experiencia en procesos contables. Manejo de Microsoft office. Experiencia en el manejo de SAP. Educación Tecnólogo en contabilidad, procesos administrativos o afines. Profesional Contador Público, Administrador de Empresas o afines. Principales Funciones Analizar, registrar y gestionar el reconocimiento de las facturas recibidas, garantizando el cumplimiento fiscal aplicable según la normatividad y las políticas de la compañía. Gestionar con los administradores de contrato las facturas que incumplen las políticas y hacer seguimiento hasta su corrección. Controlar y analizar las provisiones de gastos y sevicios gestionando con las áreas administradoras de contratos la compensación oportuna de estos saldos garantizando que el pasivo de la compañía esté razonablemente reconocido y cumpla con la norma contable y políticas internas. Ejecutar, documentar y depurar mensualmente las conciliaciones de las cuentas de balance. Analizar las partidas conciliatorias y gestionar con las áreas responsables los ajustes requeridos. Ejecutar los controles SOX asignados al proceso de CXP de forma oportuna y con evidencias, garantizando que la información financiera sea íntegra, precisa y auditable, cumpliendo las políticas de control interno. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los ANS establecidos para el proceso de Cuentas por pagar, monitoreando los tiempos de respuesta y la calidad del servicio interno y externo. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía, retención en la fuente, IVA y demás obligaciones tributarias. Brindar un servicio oportuno a los clientes internos y externos del proceso de CXP, gestionando sus solicitudes y garantizando los ANS establecidos. Proponer, diseñar y apoyar la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas como macros, RPA, IA y aplicaciones que optimicen tareas repetitivas del proceso de cuentas por pagar, con el fin de ganar eficiencia, disminuir errores y fortalecer el control. Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de control interno y contables en el desarrollo de las actividades asignadas. Atender oportunamente las solicitudes de auditoria, revisoría, entes de control y vigilancia internos y externos. Desempeñar las demás funciones complementarias a su rol, asignadas por el superior inmediato.
