Genesys seeks a Strategic Account Director for the NOLA region to own end-to-end account strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth and aligning transformation priorities with cloud, AI, and customer experience solutions. You will partner with C-level executives to build compelling business cases and coordinate across departments to deliver measurable value.
