Position Summary: RPA Developer The Job Overview As an RPA developer at Medido Health, you will contribute to our automation initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual workload, and enhance operational efficiency. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the smooth implementation of RPA bots. You will also contribute to strategic planning by defining measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as process efficiency improvements or "bot" deployment milestones. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and create measurable business value. Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, Python RPA, or Rocketbot. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities, ensuring solutions align with operational needs. Translate process documentation into functional workflows, optimizing processes for automation. Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve performance and ensure scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and quality of RPA bots. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process designs, solution architecture, and implementation guides. Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with best practices, security, and coding standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications. Contribute to team knowledge by staying up to date on RPA trends and sharing insights during regular team workshops or presentations. Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance automation capabilities. Competencies Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation. Minimum Degree and Years of Experience Required BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python RPA, or Rocketbot. Certifications: An RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is preferred. Required Knowledge/Skills Hands-on experience in RPA development using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Python RPA, or Rocketbot. Familiarity with business process improvement initiatives. Strong programming skills in Python, . NET, Java, or VBScript. Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Python RPA, or Rocketbot. Knowledge of database management (SQL) and process mapping tools. Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Comfortable working with remote global team members. Ability to work under indirect supervision. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Experience in integrating RPA solutions with APIs and enterprise systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable automation solutions. Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries, with knowledge of compliance standards like HIPAA. Work Location This position requires daily attendance at our office.
