The Incident Manager at Auxis LLC oversees the lifecycle of incidents within Corporate IT services, ensuring rapid restoration of normal operations and that agreed SLAs are met. You will coordinate cross‐functional technical teams and third‐party vendors, lead major incident bridges, and drive post‐incident reviews to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
