Relationship Manager

Manage top-tier merchants in Latin America and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships Act as the single point of contact for customers and liaise across internal teams Understand merchant businesses, present business reviews, launch projects, and solve pain points Assess merchant goals using business acumen and analytical abilities Synthesize complex datasets and use data to tell compelling stories Prioritize and manage multiple cross-department projects Anticipate client needs and develop solutions Develop joint strategies benefiting merchants and Nuvei Conduct client visits and quarterly business reviews Oversee client integrations to the Nuvei platform when needed Collaborate with technical teams on new merchant features Achieve targets and maintain client account management plans Forecast and track client account metrics Analyze transactional data to improve customer performance Identify opportunities to grow existing client business Coordinate with internal functions to ensure consistent service Collaborate with sales teams to reach prospective clients Advise clients on payments, regulatory changes, and competitive developments Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relationship management role with significant client-focused solutions experience Strong payments industry experience C-suite communication and management skills Knowledge and experience within the travel industry (desired) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in data analytics Proven project management skills Highly motivated team player Creative thinker with a goals-oriented perspective Independent, self-motivated, entrepreneurial Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish desired Availability to travel Based in Colombia Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in relationship management, client-focused solutions, and data analytics within the payments industry.
