Estarás apoyando las actividades operativas y técnicas de la empresa, participando en procesos de aprendizaje práctico y formativo, bajo la supervisión del personal responsable, con el fin de desarrollar competencias técnicas, operativas y de seguridad en el contexto laboral de OTIS. En un día normal tendrás que: Apoyar las actividades asignadas por el equipo técnico o supervisor. Participar en procesos de aprendizaje práctico relacionados con su programa de formación. Asistir en labores operativas de forma controlada y supervisada. Cumplir las instrucciones y lineamientos establecidos por la empresa. Apoyar el orden y cuidado de herramientas, equipos y áreas de trabajo. Participar en capacitaciones, inducciones y charlas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Reportar condiciones inseguras, incidentes o novedades presentadas durante la jornada. Cumplir en general con los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ISO (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente). ¡Lo que necesitarás para tener exito! Educación: Estudiante activo de un programa técnico (preferiblemente SENA u otra institución avalada).
