Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en la división de Productos Farmacéuticos Establecidos (EPD). Integrated Business Planning Manager – Colombia Job Purpose Manage demand planning and analysis activities and coordinate the entire Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within Colombia in compliance with corporate standards. Identify risks and opportunities in volume trends, pricing structures, and market dynamics, contributing to the achievement of the organization's short-term and long-term financial objectives. Main Responsibilities Manage each milestone of the S&OP process in Colombia, starting from demand planning and analysis, commercial forecasting, and financial reconciliation. Analyze volume trends, evaluate demand volatility, prepare corporate reports, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding the implications of proposed ADS and business scenarios. Contribute to the development of demand planning strategies by business unit aligned with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives. Establish and maintain active alignment with Supply Chain teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the root causes of backorders, supply constraints, and product delays, as well as their potential impact on the Colombian market. Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop the Demand Planning team to ensure analyses, recommendations, and reporting are accurate, credible, and delivered on time. Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of reporting activities submitted to Regional and Global Headquarters while managing demand planning systems and tools. Align strategic, operational, and financial planning processes to improve forecast accuracy by integrating Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, fostering collaboration and informed decision‐making. Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree or postgraduate specialization is preferred. Experience Experience ± 13 Years of professional experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in multinational organizations is highly desirable. Systems and Tools SAP Excel power point Power BI Languages Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
