Company Description At Doctoralia, we help people live longer and healthier lives. We are the platform where millions of patients find and book appointments with healthcare professionals, while also providing the tools these professionals use to manage their practices, digitalize their day-to-day operations, save time, and deliver a better experience to their patients. Our product becomes a trusted partner in their daily practice. We are part of Docplanner Group, with a presence in more than 13 markets and over 3,000 people working toward the same mission. Colombia is one of the Group's markets with the greatest growth potential. Role Description Our Individual Sales team, which sells directly to doctors and healthcare professionals, is already up and running and delivering results. We're looking for someone who can take it from "it works" to "it scales." This is a consultative yet fast-paced sales environment: high volume, short sales cycles, and typically a single decision-maker—the healthcare professional. Your role will be to ensure that our Inbound and Outbound teams have the right structure, processes, and leadership in place to continue growing and scaling effectively. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Individual Sales team, currently made up of 3 Team Leaders and approximately 25 Sales Executives across Inbound and Outbound, driving consistent month-over-month performance and ensuring the team exceeds its targets. Design and execute the commercial strategy for the Individual segment in Colombia, aligned with the global vision and business objectives. Build and optimize clear, efficient, and scalable sales processes, from prospecting and qualification through closing and handoff to Customer Success. Establish and maintain strong pipeline discipline, including reliable forecasting, measurable sales activity, and rigorous CRM management in Salesforce. Leverage data to identify opportunities, anticipate performance trends, and make evidence-based decisions rather than relying on intuition. Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team Lead key commercial projects and initiatives, working closely with both local and global teams. What We're Looking For Experience leading sales teams: minimum 4 years of proven experience, including leading other leaders (Team Leaders or Coordinators) and teams of 15 or more people. Experience in high-volume, short-cycle sales: single decision-maker, mid-range ticket, high activity, and demanding monthly targets. We care more about having experienced this type of sales environment than the industry in which you gained that experience. Proven track record: consistently meeting and exceeding quota, both individually and as a team. A truly data-driven mindset: the dashboard should be your first stop of the day. Strong command of CRM and sales metrics: conversion by stage, productivity per executive, ramp-up, and early churn. A healthy obsession with process: structure, standardization, and continuous improvement. Leadership that develops people, not just manages them. Advanced English (B2+): you'll work with global teams every day. Professional degree in any field: your sales track record matters more to us than what you studied. Our Values Think like an owner Learn and be curious Focus on results Keep it simple and efficient Be respectful and radically honest What We Offer Competitive salary + variable compensation tied to team results 100% covered prepaid healthcare plan for you, with a preferential rate for your family Meal allowance Day off on your birthday Unlimited access to iFeel, our mental health support chat Hybrid work model in Bogotá, with some days in the office Access to e-learning platforms and internal sales training Real career growth opportunities in a company present in more than 13 markets Our Hiring Process Conversation with Talent Acquisition (30 min) Interview with the Country Manager (60 min) Interview with the Global Head of Individual Sales (60 min) Business Case (60 min) #J-*-Ljbffr

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
