Manages attorney-represented and litigated auto and homeowners bodily injury claims. Investigates coverage, liability, damages, suspicious activity, and subrogation opportunities; negotiates settlements within authority; maintains reserves and claim files; coordinates with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, trial counsel, and outside counsel; prepares trial reports and attends legal proceedings; and ensures accurate financial processing and reporting.
